Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Jharokhha, every order is carefully checked and packed before it leaves us. As our pieces are prepared especially for you, we do not accept returns.

We do, however, offer exchanges in the following cases:

DAMAGED PRODUCT
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required to help us verify the issue and process the exchange.

SIZE ISSUES
If the size you receive isn’t right, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to availability.

For all approved exchanges, the product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Please note: Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team. Products showing signs of wear, alteration or damage after delivery will not qualify for exchange.
